Tomorrow, we plan to film all of our band performance shots. We are filming in Tonbridge, at a location near Chris' house, which is a number of old garages which are rusting, so it will hopefully give the band performance the urban feel that we aim for.
We have compiled our band, which has Harri Mulley, our main actor as the lead singer, Matt Passmore as the bass player, Dom Ford as the drummer, and Chris Jutting as a second guitar player. We have booked the track and dolley and the slow motion camera out from school, which we will take as well as Ben's normal HD camera as well. This gives us the ability to film in slow motion and have smooth movement in our band performance shots.
In terms of what we plan to shoot, we will have the band set up and performing, and have a few central shots of the band performing, with the camera panning along. This will be our 'insurance shot', so that we have a shot of the band performing the entire song in case other, close up shots, don't work. We will then film close up shots of each member of the band.
Our main concern for tomorrows shoot is the weather, as if it rains then we have little choice but to perform in Chris's house. However, the weather forecast for tomorrow is good, so we hope that this won't be an issue.
