Group: Animatic
We have constructed an animatic to roughly lay out our video, and also to make clear to ourselves what we are attempting to achieve. The timing of shots is roughly correct, as we predict that for each frame we will most likely have at least 3-4 more shots of similar content, making for a higher cutting rate.

The animatic as a porcess was very helpful I believe. It gave us a great idea of how our video was shaping up which has been difficult for our group as we changed our concept and had a slightly complicated narrative.
ReplyDeleteThe fact that the animatic shows us the sort of timing for each shots is also particulalry beneficial and allows us to see where we may need to think up more shots or where we have too many shots for a section of the song.
